At least it will fail with packages which not found. Package libicu60 is not installed.

You may get it work by following below instructions without installing dependencies by package manager. It sounds as though you updated from an earlier version of Ubuntu? This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source E:
